Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard household duties including children's laundry, inventory management, grocery shopping/meal prep, errands, light tidying up common areas, and organizational projects.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4 years of previous experience with household management duties.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a housekeeping, family assistant/nanny manager, or household manager role.
Must be reliable, self-sufficient, and proactive to the needs of the household.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$40/hour (gross).

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
