Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: This family will guarantee 35 hours/week, with a weekly schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 am-4 pm, and Thursday's 8am-11am.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including child's laundry, meal prep, light tidying up, planning age- age-appropriate and developmentally focused activities.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4+ years of experience with infants.
Education degree or further childcare training is preferred but not required
A second language would be preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy being playful, engaging, and active in getting their daughter outdoors.
An interest in childhood development is a must, along with a nanny who has a relaxed and flexible disposition.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,000 - $60,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
