Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 11 weeks old.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in daycare full-time, so primary care will be for the family’s baby boy. He is healthy and fully bottle-fed.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny (manager) duties including light meal prep, light tidying up, family laundry, and occasional errands (as needed.)

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone open to it occasionally and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

4+ years of (recent) experience with infants.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Spanish skills are a plus.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and pro-active to the needs of the baby & household.
You should be enthusiastic about planning developmental activities while maintaining a structured schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $63,000 - $72,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid federal holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
