Located at: E. Belleview Ave and S. Broadway

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Summer: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m, with 40 hours guaranteed weekly. School Year: Monday through Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm, with 30 hours guaranteed weekly. They are open to guaranteeing 40hours/week year round for the right candidate.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: July 23rd, 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 3.5 years old.

About the Children:

Their son is very intelligent and enjoys outdoor activities and imaginative play. He will be in school full-time during the school year.

About the Pets:

They have a dog, a cat, and two mini horses who live on the property - must be an animal lover!

Additional Notes:

These entrepreneurs enjoy philanthropy, auto racing, horses, and art in their spare time. They are eager to welcome a new family assistant into their home, someone who will become an integral part of their parenting team.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties including light tidying up, organizational projects, laundry, errands, meal prep/light meals for family, calendar management and more.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position, as well as staying with their son while parents travel

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5 years of childcare experience with preschool aged children, and must have previous experience with household management duties
CPR/First Aid Certified.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated longevity in a past role, value organization, and have a porfessional and proactive manner.
Also, the ideal candiate will adore working with their son, always putting him before househodl duties. Must be a strong swimmer, avoid screentime, and enjoy being playful and creative.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $50,000 - $72,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
