Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30pm or 5:15 p.m.The family is happy to guarantee 42-44 hours per week.

About the Children:

Care will be for one happy and curious 14-month-old. She is full of excitement and curiosity about the world. She is starting to take her first steps and babbles a lot, she also knows sign language and is an excellent eater.

About the Pets:

They have two friendly and loveable dogs who are a part of the family. No care will be needed.

Additional Notes:

They are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who can stay with their family for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny manager duties including meal prep/light meals for child, children's laundry, light tidying up and organization about the home, planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outings, managing household inventory, and ordering groceries.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

6+ years of prior nanny experience, with infants & toddlers. A proven track record is a must!
CPR/First Aid certified.
Being bilingual would be a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about child development and milestones, and enthusiastic about it. The ideal candidate will also be attentive and reliable, engaging but also encouraging independent play while supervising, and focused on enhancing the child's learning & growth!

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,000 - $74,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
