Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is open on a schedule. They would like help two days a week, Monday through Friday . They are open on hours and a schedule.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Children's Ages: Three children live in the home and will be with mom or the nanny throughout the day.

This family has one indoor cat who lives in the home.

Additional Notes:

Dual working parents.
This is a fully staffed home as a full-time nanny and house manager will be in and out of the home.
The home is 5,500 Sqft. The home has 5 Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a pool house.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Standard duties include a wide range of cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain a home in an orderly, sanitary, and welcoming condition. These duties involve vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping floors; cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors; and making beds, changing linens, and organizing bedrooms. Kitchen tasks often include washing dishes, wiping down countertops, cleaning appliances, and taking out the trash. Laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes may also be expected. Additionally tidying up common areas, organizing closets, and maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure a well-kept home.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of professional in-home housekeeping experience.

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $40-$45+/hour.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
