Located at: Lincoln Ave & Lone Tree Pkwy

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and friday 7:30 to 3:30pm The family is happy to guarantee 46 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year or more.

Start Date: Nov 14th, 2024

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 3 and 3 months.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in daycare full time, so primary care will be for the family’s youngest who is slowly getting on a routine and schedule.
On days where big brother is home, the family would love the nanny to take both children on a fun outings.

About the Family:

Dual working parents. Mom works from home in a private office space while Dad works in and out of the home.

About the Pets:

There is one sweet old dog who lives in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family has a great relationship with their last nanny and is looking for another wonderful relationship.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties include meal prep for the children, washing bottles, helping clean and sanitize the breast pump, children's laundry, unloading and loading the dishwasher, light housekeeping, general tidying up, and occasional grocery pick-ups.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required but might be nice in the future.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of professional experience with infants, and toddlers.
Previous experience caring for two children at a time.
1+ year of in-home experience.
Knowledge of education and development for children 3+ months old.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, calm, engaging, and present. They would love an active nanny who can engage the boys in fun outdoor activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering an hourly rate of $27 - $31 per hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $64,000 - $74,152 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

Fridays will always be off early and there is potential to make more money if the nanny would like to pick up additional hours.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
