Position Highlights

A quick look at this new ABC job…

Located at: Tennyson and W 35th Ave

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months. (End of March/beginning of April - end of June)

Start Date: Family hopes to hire a new nanny by March 24, 2025.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 4 months old.

About the Children:

Care is for an adorable happy and healthy 4 month old baby girl.
Their sweet daughter is described as being a happy girl, a little feisty and she is rolling, sitting up (assisted) and may be crawling soon.
She has a pretty good eating and napping schedule and is not on solids yet.

About the Family:

Dual working/WFH parents with private office spaces.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

These wonderful first-time parents have a casual atmosphere in their home and are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to care for their precious little one and be a part of their parenting team for the next 3 months while they bridge the gap before their daughter starts in a daycare program.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare duties and only baby-related household tasks.
Open to outside play and stroller walks in the neighborhood - weather permitting.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 or more years of recent professional experience with infants.
A bilingual nanny would be a huge plus but more importantly the ideal candidate will focus on baby and will create a fun, safe, educational environment.
Family prefers no screen time, so engaging play is encouraged that includes reading books and singing songs daily.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross)..

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
