Located at: S Holly St and E Orchard Rd

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8/8:30AM to 4/4:30PM. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 4 months - May - September.

Start Date: May 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 3 months old.

About the Children:

Their happy and healthy 3 month old baby girl loves to lay on her back and be by herself, enjoys tummy time and has a great napping and eating schedule.

About the Family:

Dual working parents.
Mom primarily works from home in a private home office and is returning to work from her maternity leave on May 19.
Dad works outside of the home.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

These wonderful first time parents had a great experience with their newborn care specialist and are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny with excellent infant experience who can be a great source of support.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare responsibilities and baby-related household tasks.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of professional experience with newborns.
Ideal candidate is very knowledgable about infant milestones and has been placed with a previous ABC family.
Must be comfortable with Mom working from home and nursing baby throughout the day.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$30/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job .

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, tdap, (preferably flu but not required)
