Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8-4.The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 10 months old.

About the Children:

Their curious, smart 10 month old son is fully crawling, sleeping through the night and is active and happy.
He loves his stroller rides outside exploring the neighborhood.
He is on solid baby food and is a good eater.
Their baby boy is needing a little assistance with napping in his crib as he likes to be held for naps so welcoming a nanny to help get him into a good napping routine.

About the Family:

Dual working parents.
Mom works from home 50% of the time (2 -3 days) in a private home office.
Dad works full-time from home in a private home office.
Grandparents live in town and also like to visit and help with their sweet grandson.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

These wonderful first-time parents are a dream and truly seeking an extensive of themselves.
They are looking forward to welcoming a stellar nanny with amazing infant experience to join their household and care for their curious son.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childare duties as well as child-related household tasks.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of professional nanny experience with infants.
Ideal candidate is kind, patient, empathetic, and is knowledgeable on developmental milestones.
The family is open on education preferences however highly prefers the focus to be on the educational aspect of the role -- creating a fun, creating learning atmosphere for their son, filled with a variety of age appropriate developmental games and activities.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $62,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a monthly health insurance stipend based on the candidate's needs.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
