Located at: Park Hill
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 4 nights a week, ideally 2 sets of back to back nights. 8-10 hours/ night.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a 12-week contract.
Start Date: June 15th

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn baby.
About the Children:
  • Mom will be induced on June 15th. She has had a typical and healthy pregnancy.
About the Family:
  • Mom and Dad are first-time parents!
  • The nursery and guest room are attached by a bathroom. The master is on the same floor.
  • They plan to have the baby in their Snoo on the nights when the NCS is not there.
About the Pets:
  • This family has two dogs - all candidates must be pet friendly.

  • All standard NCS duties.
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 2+ years of overnight experience with newborns.
  • The family wants a true support person for Mom.
  • Ideally, the family would prefer a certified Newborn Care Specialist.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering $40-$50/hour.

Required Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
