Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 4 nights a week, ideally 2 sets of back to back nights. 8-10 hours/ night.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a 12-week contract.

Start Date: June 15th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn baby.

About the Children:

Mom will be induced on June 15th. She has had a typical and healthy pregnancy.

About the Family:

Mom and Dad are first-time parents!
The nursery and guest room are attached by a bathroom. The master is on the same floor.
They plan to have the baby in their Snoo on the nights when the NCS is not there.

About the Pets:

This family has two dogs - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of overnight experience with newborns.
The family wants a true support person for Mom.
Ideally, the family would prefer a certified Newborn Care Specialist.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $40-$50/hour.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
