Located at: E. Mississippi Ave & S. Steele Street, Denver

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Open to Monday-Friday, start and end time flexible from 7am-10am, and end time flexible from 5pm-7pm 40-45 hours/week guaranteed, based on schedule.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-Out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Start Date: June 1st, flexible for the right candidate up until August 1st.

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 12 and 9 years old.

About the Children:

Both girls are in school full time, leaving the house at 7:10am and arriving home around 4pm. Both girls are fairly self-sufficient, and really well behaved. They enjoy gymnastics, musical theatre, and soccer. The girls are both excited to find a great family assistant that they can truly bond with for years to come.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard household manager/family assistant duties including meal planning & meal prep, grocery shopping/inventory management across multiple properties, house tidying, organizational projects, errands, researching & managing household projects (repairs/managing vendors,) researching activities & upcoming events for the girls.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it on rare occasion.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and genuine enthusiasm for their position, hoping to stay with the family for years to come.
Required that all interested candidates have 5-7 years of household management experience in a previous role (candidates without this longevity with one client will not be considered)
Prioritization of professionalism, trust, reliability, and comfort in handling a high-end household is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$45/hour (gross,) based on prior experience & longevity in a similar role. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,000 - $100,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 4+ weeks of PTO (to coordinate,) paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job. The family does have a family vehicle for the family assistant to use, on occasion.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
