No childcare will be needed, as the family employs an ABC family assistant to care for their toddler & infant.

About the Pets:

They have a dog & cat - no care will be needed.

Additional Notes:

The home is close to 10,000 sqft, but weekly cleaning will only be needed for about 4,000sqft.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard housekeeping duties, including weekly deep cleaning involves dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning windows, mirrors, and bathrooms, as well as thoroughly cleaning the kitchen, including appliances and floors. Rotating tasks like baseboard cleaning and handling grocery shopping, including creating lists, visiting stores, unpacking, and restocking supplies, are also part of the housekeeper's responsibilities. Tidying all living spaces, making beds, changing linens, emptying and replacing trash bins, and maintaining cleanliness through wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Additionally, managing laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and putting away clothes is part of the daily routine. Organization is integral part of the role, creating systems throughout the home.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3 years of professional in-home housekeeping experience
The Ideal Candidate will aspire to become an integral, long-term member. The main focus is on deep cleaning, with an emphasis is on tidying and organizing. The perfect fit for the family is an individual who is loyal, trustworthy, diligent in their capabilities, and a great communicator! Strong housekeeping references are a requirement, and prior experience working in a residence of at least 6,000 square feet is also essential. Must sign an NDA! Only those with formal executive housekeeping experience will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $35-$45/hour (gross) or through a candidate's own LLC.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
