Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

This baby girl is happy and healthy!
She has a great temperament, sleeps through the night, and is on track for infant milestones.

About the Family:

Mom works remotely full-time, but often travels for work.
Dad works full-time in the office.

About the Pets:

This family has one sweet Aussiedoodle - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Additional Notes:

This family has a great relationship with their current night nanny who will be moving on in January. They are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties including supporting routines, focusing on developmental milestones, light household organization, light cleaning, meal prep, travel planning, and errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is desired for the position. The family has a home in Pennsylvania and often travels to New York. The candidate should plan to travel occasionally with Mom for work and as baby gets older, international travel is included

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5+ years of professional nanny experience with newborns/ infants.
Previous experience with family assistant duties.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A career nanny is preferred.
The ideal candidate is warm, attentive, and values gentle, responsive caregiving and collaborative communication.
Ideal qualities include reliability, strong communication, comfort with shared decision-making, and an ability to anticipate family needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $36-$45/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $74,880 - $93,600 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
