Located at: Drake and Timberline

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is happy to guarantee 30 hours per week with every Friday off! Week A: Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Week B: Monday through Thursday from 8:45am to 3:00pm Family would love to request an additional Saturday shift from 10:00am to 3:00pm every other week (not required).

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: March 16th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one 3 month old infant.

About the Children:

This infant is happy and healthy! This snuggly little baby is on track with all of her milestones.
Family is eager to get her on a good schedule and are start potty training early.

About the Family:

Dad works part-time and will be the primary parent working with the nanny.
Mom works from home full-time.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including bottle prep and sanitation, baby laundry, light tidying, restocking the nursery, and meal prep for the family.
The family will be open to music classes and storytime once the baby is fully vaccinated.
This is an anti-screen home.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ year of nanny experience with infants
The background in early childhood development would be a huge plus.
The ideal candidate would be somebody who is engaging, aware of the infant needs, and doesn't need to use screens for education.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $43,680 - $48,360 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 8 days of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
