Located at: Wildcat Reserve Pkwy and Backcountry Dr.

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. The family will guarantee 40 hours each week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: January 5th

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 2 and 5 years old.

About the Children:

One happy preschooler and one toddler live in this home!
The oldest is five years old and he loves hot wheels, riding his bike, and being outside.
The toddler, who is 2 years old, is a happy and healthy little girl.
The oldest goes to preschool full-time from 9 am - 1pm five days/week so the majority of your time will be spent with the toddler, except in the summer when you will have both children all day.

About the Family:

Both Mom and Dad work from home in private office spaces.

About the Pets:

One small dog lives in this home - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Family has a very successful relationship with their last ABC Nanny. They are looking for another wonderful human to join their sweet family for many years to come.
Family is open to beginner nannies with 2-3+ years experience.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including planning, engaging and stimulating activities for the children, meal prep and cleanup, washing and folding the children’s clothes, ability to help with potty training, and safe transportation to activities with school pickups 1-2x per week.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers and school-age children
Previous experience caring for multiple children at one time
The candidate must have a safe and reliable vehicle that can fit two car seats.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and passionate about engaging their nanny kiddos! Mom and Dad adhere to a zero screen-time policy with the children, and encourage you to get out on walks, to the park, indoor play areas, and more!
Both parents practice gentle parenting and hope to find a long-term nanny who respects the same.
The candidate should also have experience in potty training toddlers and be willing to adapt to the parents' preferred training methods.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,100 - $62,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 8 days of paid time off of the nanny's choosing, additional paid time off when the family is on vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including tdap
