Located at: Denver's Central Park, near near E. 31st Ave. and Havana

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family is open to any 4-hour daytime blocks, and would like a PPD to provide support 2-3+ days per week (Monday through Friday). They are open for the right candidate.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a 3-month contract position.

Start Date: October 1, 2026

About the Family:

This returning ABC family has successfully hired/employed several providers. Mom plans to breastfeed and will be home during the day with the family’s older children.
The family is seeking experienced daytime postpartum support and they will also have an NCS working with them overnight.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard PPD duties are requested, including hands-on newborn care, soothing, diapering, feeding and breastfeeding support within the doula’s scope of practice, bottle and pump-part care, supporting mom’s postpartum recovery and opportunities for rest, providing newborn education and guidance, and completing light baby and postpartum-related tasks such as baby laundry, tidying feeding areas and keeping newborn supplies organized.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

A minimum of 3-5+ years of professional postpartum doula experience, with verifiable references, is required.
Previous daytime postpartum doula experience and consistent daytime availability are strongly preferred.
Carrot certification is not required, but is a plus!
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dependable postpartum professional who is comfortable supporting a breastfeeding mother during the day and collaborating with an overnight NCS.
The family is looking for someone who is confident in their expertise, supportive in their approach and ideally established locally within the Denver Metro area.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering a rate of $40-$45/hour (gross).

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
