Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am to 5:30pm. The family is happy to guarantee 20 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6+ months - longer if it’s a great match.

This infant is happy and healthy!
She has a great temperament and is on a good sleeping and eating schedule right now.
Once trust is established, the family is open to outings.

About the Family:

Mom works 3-4 days outside of the home in healthcare.
Dad works full-time from home.
These first-time parents are excited to learn from an experienced infant caregiver. They have no family nearby, so they are seeking a 100% reliable candidate.

This family has one dog - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, washing and sanitizing bottles, sanitizing toys, general tidying, and working on developmental milestones.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants.
A bilingual candidate is preferred, as mom speaks another language.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $35-$40/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $18,200 - $20,800 for the 6-months (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering 4 days of paid time off in March when the family is traveling, accrued sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job once the infnat is older.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu.
