Located at: Denver (Alameda and University) and Park City, UT

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week. While the family is in Utah, they would need flexibility to work up to 2 weekends a month with advanced notice and overtime pay.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-in while in Utah will be a full nanny apartment with separate kitchen, bedroom, and living area. Live In option in Denver will be a private bedroom and bathroom in the family home. The family is open to a live-out option while in Denver as well.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: December 2025

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 5 months old.

About the Children:

This healthy and easy-going little one nurses, takes a bottle, and feeds on demand while following a natural schedule.
Already a pretty good sleeper, enjoys being held, and is overall very content and easy to care for.

About the Family:

Dual working WFH parents with private office spaces
Mom goes into the office while in Park City

About the Pets:

This family has two medium/ large dogs - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, bottle prep and sanitizing, baby laundry, light tidying, and some light errands like grocery shopping.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position. The family will live in Park City, UT December- April and from July - August. They will be in Denver during the other months.
The family also takes two additional full-week international vacations throughout the year. They will provide a travel stipend and lots of notice for these vacations.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ year of nanny experience with infants.
Must have long-term experince working with past families (3+ years with one family).
The ideal candidate will not have a pet that will need to live in.
They will also have a passport and enjoy traveling with this amazing family.
The ideal nanny is dependable, patient, and responsible, with a flexible caregiving style that allows for open communication and true collaboration with parents.
Enjoys being active and outdoors, bringing energy and balance to the day while fostering a warm, easygoing environment for the children.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,400 - $72,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job.
1 additional week of PTO the week between Christmas and New Years.
While Live-In, the family will pay for all room and board and all food. 2 consecutive days off are given while living in Park City.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.
The family will offer travel stipends while on vacation.
They are open to flying the candiate home a few times while in Utah.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
