The family has one friendly and energetic dog.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including bottle feeding, washing bottles, baby laundry, general tidying, and transitioning to solids.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants.
Previous experience caring for multiple infants or children close in age at one time.
Candidates with twin experience will be given special consideration.
The family is seeking a warm, loving nanny who genuinely enjoys caring for infants and creating a calm, nurturing environment.
Fresh air and outdoor time are important, including stroller walks and time on the porch.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,400 - $72,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
