Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 3:30p.m., Friday 7am to noon. The family is happy to guarantee 40 per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Care will be needed for one sweet and snuggly baby girl. This nugget has a good routine and is healthy and happy.

Dual working parents. Mom works from home full-time and has her own private office.

About the Pets:

This family has two sweet and older dogs, a 13-year-old Husky and a 12-year-old Boston terrier.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including washing bottles and breast pump parts, baby laundry, general tidying, and unloading and loading the dishwasher.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is required for the position. The family has a second home in Arizona, and they will ask the nanny to join for 4 to 6+weeks of the year. They will fly the nanny in and out during the week, so you will be back home for the weekend.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of infant experience.
Knowledge and an understanding of early childhood development.
Must have examples of developmental and sesory ideas to work on with their little one.
Any ECE certifications and training would be a big plus.
Second language in Spanish is highly desired but not required.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to care for a newborn, safety-conscious, and 100% reliable. They will respect the family’s desire for a low-exposure household. These first-time parents are looking for a wonderful teammate to join their family—someone eager to learn, grow, and provide exceptional care as they navigate parenthood together.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $25-$31/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $52,000 - $66,500 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including Tdap. Yearly flu and COVID-19 vaccination is highly desired.
