Located at: Glendale, Arizona

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday nights, with typical hours of approximately 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The family is initially looking for two solid weeks of coverage and is open to hiring one or two Night Nannies.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: The family is looking for overnight support during the early weeks following the babies' arrival, with the potential for additional support depending on the family's needs.

Start Date: December 1, 2026

About the Children:

The family is expecting spontaneous triplets — two boys and one girl.
This will be an exciting transition for the family as they welcome three newborns at once.
The family is looking for someone experienced and confident with multiple newborns who can provide attentive overnight care.
The family would also love guidance from an experienced newborn professional in establishing a manageable schedule for the babies.

About the Family:

Mom is a stay-at-home mom and is looking forward to having overnight support so she can get additional rest and focus on caring for the babies during the day.
The family will have help from their parents and is hoping to supplement that support with experienced professional overnight care.
Mom is very organized and considers herself a schedule-oriented person. She is open to learning from a knowledgeable Night Nanny about newborn routines and caring for multiples.
The family is looking for someone who can confidently manage the overnight hours while communicating openly with the parents about the babies' needs.

About the Pets:

This family has one small, hypoallergenic dog weighing approximately 13 lbs. - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Provide attentive overnight care for three newborns.
Handle feeding, diapering, burping, soothing and settling throughout the night.
Support Mom with pumping and overnight feeding routines.
Help maintain a safe and comfortable sleep environment for the babies.
Keep track of each baby's individual feeding, diapering and sleep needs.
Help the family establish a consistent and manageable newborn routine.
Provide clear overnight updates to the parents regarding feedings, sleep, diapers and any notable changes.
Keep baby areas and feeding supplies clean, tidy and organized.
Offer guidance and education to the parents as they adjust to caring for triplets.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Significant professional newborn and/or multiple-newborn experience is strongly preferred.
Previous experience caring for twins, triplets or multiple infants simultaneously is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of newborn feeding, soothing, safe sleep and establishing routines.
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
Calm, patient and confident when caring for multiple newborns.
Organized and comfortable helping families create and maintain schedules.
Able to provide supportive guidance and education to parents without being overbearing.
Reliable, communicative and professional.
Comfortable working around a small dog.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations.
