Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week with 5 hours of overtime.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: March 1st

Children's Ages: Care will be for three sisters ages 4, 2 and 4 months old.

About the Children:

The older two children are in full-day daycare on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The candidate will have all three children on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their school schedule may change in August depending on their options.
The 4 year old is very intelligent, social, and detail oriented. She is in her girly princess phase and loves her younger sisters.
The middle child is active, silly, and outgoing. She loves to cuddle up and is ahead of her milestones for being 2!
The family's youngest is a happy and healthy baby! She has a go with the flow temperament so far and is transitioning into bottles.

About the Family:

Mom generally works in the office, but will be working from home for a few months after maternity leave.
Dad primarily works from home, in a private office space, but does travel for work.

About the Pets:

This family has one sweet 35 lb dog - all candidates must be pet friendly.

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including helping with the morning routine, meal prep for the children, child laundry, school pick up/drop off, light tidying, and running the occasional errand.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

5+ year of nanny experience with infants, toddlers, and school-age children
Previous experience caring for multiple children who are close in age
The ideal candidate is easy to be around and can help maintain this family's laid-back life.
Someone who can become an extension of mom and dad, maintain a plan for the week, and someone who is able to communicate effectively will thrive in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$38/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $74,100 - $93,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap.
