Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family is seeking any 3 - 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 25-40 hours/week based on the candidate's needs.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match!

Busy, professional family - mom works part-time outside the home, and the dad has a hybrid work schedule.

This family has had great relationships with their past housekeepers. They are looking for another exceptional long-term match -- a housekeeper who can stay with them for years to come!

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard housekeeping duties including deep and light housekeeping, dusting, vacuuming, watering plants, sweeping patio furniture, polishing silver, handling antiques, storing crystal and fine china, laundry, ironing and putting away clothing, and washing dishes.

Travel Requirements:

No travel required as part of this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

Ideally 3+ years of professional in-home housekeeping experience for private families
Housekeepers must keep it professional. The family prefers housekeepers who understand it's best to take personal phone calls on breaks, listen to music on Airpods vs. speaker et cetera.
Must be respectful of the work-from-home environment, moving efficiently and discretely around the house, prioritizing the family's need for a peaceful and productive atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $40-$50/hour (gross) based on relevant in-home experience.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

Family is happy to offer 2+ weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays and guaranteed hours.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional housekeeping experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay (W2)
