A quick look at this new ABC job…

Located at: W 38th and Wadsworth Blvd

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday with 30 hours per week guaranteed. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be 7:45am - 4pm and then Thursday will be 8am -2pm.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: January 19th 2026

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 4-months old.

About the Children:

This baby boy is happy and healthy! He is breast and bottle fed and starting to get on a good schedule.
Mom and Dad read to him constantly and he loves to be outside.

About the Family:

Mom works a hybrid schedule and goes into the office 3 times a week.
Dad works full-time in the office.

About the Pets:

This family has one friendly black lab - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including bottle prep and sanitation, baby and family laundry, light housekeeping, and general tidying.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants
The ideal candidate is warm and nurturing. Mom and Dad are constantly interacting and engaging with him and want the nanny to do the same.
They do not want their nanny to follow a "cry it out" method.
The family is open to someone who will provide their insight on developmental activities and milestones.
Once trust is established, the family is open to outings.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $42,120 - $46,800 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, gas reimbursement and paid sick days.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, tdap,
