Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live- out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 2 months.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 1-year-old.

About the Children:

She’s a bright and goofy 1-year-old, close to walking, full of chatter in her own little language, and loves greeting everyone with a sweet “hey” or “bye.”

About the Family:

Mom WFH full-time.
Dad has a hybrid WFH and in-office schedule.

About the Pets:

This family has one Golden Retriever - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Additional Notes:

This family has a great relationship with their last nanny, they are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon.

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including total and complete childcare, child meal prep, laundry, and light tidying.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers.
The ideal candidate has a confident, calm nature and strong skills in open, clear communication.
Timeliness, responsiveness, flexibility, and adaptability are also very important.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $8,640 - $9,600 for the 2 month contract (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering 2 days of PTO, is open to a paid holiday over the next 8 weeks, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
