Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday, 8/8:30am - 4:30/5/5:30pm with 40-45 hours guaranteed/week depending on the nanny's preference

Commitment/Contract Length: The family is seeking a longterm (1+ year) commitment

Children's Ages: Care will be for 2 children ages 1.5 and 3.5 years old

About the Children:

This brother and sister duo can't wait to meet you! The oldest loves dancing, gymnastics, and horses while the youngest loves running and climbing.
The oldest will be at school a few mornings each week and will be home full-time in the summer with her brother. The family values health and safety and asks for extra care around sickness.

About the Pets:

One happy lab lives in the home!

Additional Notes:

The family does employ a housekeeper for deep cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

Duties will include standard nanny duties such as planning engaging and educational activities for the children, providing safe transportation to outings and activities, the children's laundry, meal prep, light errands and keeping the home tidy.
The family would greatly appreciate light dinner prep.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is not required for this role.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of experience with multiple children of a similar age
Practice gentle parenting
Value health and safety

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

$25-$30/hr

Benefits and Perks Offered:

The family is offering 6 paid sick days, 6 paid major holidays, 1 week of PTO your choosing (additional to coordinate), and guaranteed hours.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all childhood vaccinations including boosters - flu shot preferred
