Located at: Wildcat Reserve Pkwy & Poston Pkwy

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Open to either 2 or 3 days. Tuesday and Thursday from 8AM - 6PM OR Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-3, and Thursday 9-5. The family will guarantee 20 hours a week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6 months - longer if it’s a great match.

Dad works full time outside of the home.

About the Pets:

This family has one Australian Shepherd.

Additional Notes:

These wonderful laxed first-time parents are adjusting to their new parenting role with their little one and are excited to welcome in an experienced infant nanny to help guide and support them for the next 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby-related tasks, grocery pick up, light errands, tidying up, baby laundry, and general tidying of common areas.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with infants.
Candidates with a good understanding of developmental milestones will be given extra consideration.
The ideal candidate would be reliable, timely, and have strong communication skills.
Someone who engages in age-appropriate developmental activities, keeps parents updated on milestones, and enjoys stroller walks through the neighborhood is a great match.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a six-month compensation of $13,104 - $14,976 (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering 2 days of paid time off, 2 paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
