Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The candidate can choose from two different schedules - Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm with 40 hours guaranteed or any 4 days 9am - 5pm with 32 hours guaranteed.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 2 months.

Start Date: February 2nd

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 3 months old.

About the Children:

This baby is happy and healthy! So far, she is very chill and on track with all milestones.
The family has an older child who is in daycare full-time.

About the Family:

Mom WFH in her private office space.
Dad works full-time outside of the home.

About the Pets:

This family has one dog who loves people! He wont need any care but all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Additional Notes:

Grandma will be in town for a period of time during the contract, but will only be in charge in the evenings.
The family's youngest will go into the same daycare as her older brother at the end of the 2-month contract.

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including washing bottles, baby laundry, and light tidying.

No travel is required for this position.

2+ years of nanny experience with infants.
The ideal candidate does not believe in the cry-it-out method.
The family is hoping for a very responsive nanny who has knowledge of infant milestones.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $8,000 - $11,900 for the 2 months (gross).

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap.
