Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through friday , 30 hours a week guaranteed. The family is flexible on the days and hours as mom is able to build her own work schedule.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Start Date: January 2025

This healthy and happy little guy is learning and growing each day. Mom and Dad are looking forward to having a knowledgeable nanny who can keep them informed of infant development.

Two doggies live in the home: a large malamute and a small yorkie mix.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including baby laundry, washing bottles, cleaning breast pump parts, keeping the baby's room and play areas organized and tidy, and also light meal prep, washing and chopping veggies.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of infant experience.
1+ year of in-home nanny experince with an infant.
Infant CPR & 1st aid
A second language in Spanish or French would be highly desired but not required.
Knowledge of infant development and milestones.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with babies and bring a strong sense of knowledge, trustworthiness, and reliability to the role. They should be responsive, open, and communicative, with a kind and caring nature. Whether more extroverted or introverted, the family is most focused on finding someone who is warm, nurturing, and a clear, thoughtful communicator. This person will be genuinely caring, attentive, and engaged.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $42,000 - $54,600 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 8 days (2 work weeks of paid time off), paid holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to outings as their little one gets older and stronger.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience, verifiable with strong references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including TDaP.
