Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. plus one date night per month. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

About the Children:

Care will be for a sweet and joyful little one who has just turned 10 weeks old! She is an easy-going baby with a happy, relaxed temperament, already sleeping at night. She’s thriving developmentally and starting to reach exciting new milestones each week, making every day feel special. Feeding is a mix of breastfeeding and bottle, and her loving parents would be delighted to partner with their nanny to support daytime breastfeeding.

About the Family:

Dual working parents, the mom works from home with private office spaces.

About the Pets:

A sweet indoor cat and a dog live in the home.

These thoughtful first-time parents came to parenthood through IVF and truly cherish the gift of raising their little one. They are incredibly considerate of their nanny and want them to feel like a valued member of the family and part of their team. They see the caregiver role as one of the most important jobs in the world and treat their nanny with the respect and appreciation they deserve. This family will be wonderful, supportive employers who are excited to build a lasting relationship with their nanny.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

The baby will always be the top priority; however, the family would love some support with nanny-related duties during downtime. This will include washing bottles, sanitizing and organizing toys, unloading and loading the dishwasher, as well as planning and creating sensory activities.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required, but would be nice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3 years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
The ideal nanny will be someone reliable, dependable, and consistent in their care. They should have a gentle and nurturing nature with children, creating a warm and safe environment. Play is hands-on and engaging—someone who loves to get down on the floor, interact, and truly connect.
A strong knowledge of infant development is important, along with creativity in bringing sensory activities and new ideas to the table to encourage growth and learning. The family values a nanny who is talkative, engaging, and interactive with their little one.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$31/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,000 - $64,480 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off of the nannies choosing, additional PTO to coordinate with the parents, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience, verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including tdap, Flu and COVID booster (open to considering candidates who are missing either the Flu or COVID booster)
