Located at: Sante Fe & Hampden (Near N. Littleton/S. Denver/Lakewood)

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. plus one date night per month. The family is happy to guarantee 35 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year. Ideally they would love to have a nanny for years to come.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn.

About the Children:

Care will be for a 3-month-old baby girl who is healthy and happy. Mom and Dad would love to get her on more of a routine as she gets older.

About the Family:

Dual working parents with private office spaces. Dad works outside of the home, and Mom works from home full-time.

About the Pets:

One sweet pup lives in the home. The nanny will let him in and out throughout the day.

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including washing bottles, baby laundry, light housekeeping, and unloading and loading the dishwasher.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of infant experince.
1+ year of in-home nanny experince
Up-to-date Infant CPR and 1st aid training
A higher level of education would be nice; however, it is not required.
Must know about infant development and age-appropriate activities.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be fully reliable, and bring a confident, experienced approach to infant care; offering their expertise to help support the family’s routines and development goals

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$31/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $45,000 to $56,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, and paid sick days.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu and TDaP. COVID-19 booster is strongly preferred.
