Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 2 and 6 years old.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in school full-time time and the youngest is in school half days from 9 am to 11:15 am. Care will be needed in the afternoon after nap time and on days the children do not have school.

About the Family:

Dad is a pilot, and Mom is a stay-at-home mom who will be in and out throughout the day.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family has had a great long-term nanny since their oldest was a baby. They are looking forward to welcoming another great candidate into their home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties, including light housekeeping, meal prep, family laundry, dishes, organizational projects, errands, childcare, and specialty projects.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny management, family assiaint or household management experince.
Previous experience working with children.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and serve as an extra set of hands for Mom, allowing her to focus on the children during the rest of the week. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong Type-A personality. Someone who naturally notices what needs to be done around the home and takes initiative without being asked.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$38/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 days of paid time off, paid sick time, gurenteed hours, and mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified
Have all standard vaccinations
