Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8/9 a.m. to 3/4:30 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 35 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one baby boy who will be 3 months old.

About the Children:

Care will be for a sweet and cuddly newborn baby boy. Mom is currently working on moving away from contact napping and would love a knowledgeable nanny to step in and help her with a schedule.

About the Family:

Dual working parents.
Mom works from home, and Dad works outside of the house.

About the Pets:

One sweet dog lives in the home and would also love some attention.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including baby laundry, washing bottles, taking out the diaper pail, unloading and loading dishes, and picking up after their little one.

Travel Requirements:

NO travel is required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of infant experience.
1 year of in-home nanny experince.
Knowledge of infant development and milestones.
Must be 100% reliable and able to stop and give updates by the end of the day.
The ideal candidate will be responsive, patient, and consistent, bringing a strong foundation of newborn experience and knowledge to the role. They will feel confident supporting healthy sleep habits, including gently reducing contact napping over time. Most importantly, they truly love being with newborns and infants and are genuinely passionate about their work as a nanny.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$31/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $45,000 - $56,000 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays and paid sick days.

Any Additional Perks:

Mom and dad are open to walks and all outing walking distance to start. Once there little one is older they would be open to additional educational outings and classes.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ years of experince)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all childhood standard vaccinations, including TDaP. The flu shot is highly desired but not required.
