Located at: 28th & Boulder Canyon

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Feb 2026 to May 2026) then Monday through friday 8am to 2pm (May 2026 to Aug 2026), 30 hours a week guaranteed

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term role for 3 or 6+ months. Ideally they would love the same nanny to stay for the next 6+ months.

Start Date: Feb 1st

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will mainly be for one child who is 2 years old.

About the Children:

The nanny’s primary focus will be on the family’s energetic and bright 2-year-old. Mom is expecting a new baby in April and will be focused on newborn care, so they are hoping to bring in someone who can support their toddler through the transition of becoming a big sister while still receiving plenty of one-on-one attention. She loves to be outdoors, go on outings, and try new activities, so they are looking for a nanny who is active, engaged, and comfortable getting outside in all seasons. Someone who can keep her busy, supported, and positively engaged throughout the day will be the best fit. She attends school in the mornings through the end of May.

About the Family:

Dad works full-time and will be in and out of the home.
Mom has been a stay-at-home mom and will be focused on the new baby.

About the Pets:

There is one sweet and loving small dog.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including cooking for their daughter, children's laundry, general tidying up, emptying the diaper pail, washing bottles, and unloading and loading the dishwasher. They would also love some light meal prep (washing and chopping) during nap time.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is not required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of toddler experience.
1+ year of in-home nanny experince.
Previous experience working around a stay-at-home mom
A Second language in Spanish would be nice, however, not required.
Must follow a no screen time rule.
Must be active and willing to go outside and play in the snow.
A background in early childhood development would be strongly desired but not required.
The ideal candidate will enjoy planning activities, be active and engaging, and have a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$38+/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering benefits if the nanny is able to make a 6-month commitment. These include 1 week of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including the current flu shot, TDaP, and COVID-19 booster.
