Located at: Franklin and Tennessee

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: January 2026

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 5 years old and 4 months old.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in school full-time. She loves to draw, play, and stay home. She is working through big emotions and is great at following directions.

Primary care will be for the family’s youngest, who is happy and healthy. He is on a good schedule, breast and bottle feeds, and sleeps well.

About the Family:

Mom has a hybrid schedule, but when she is home, she has an office space.
Dad works full-time from the office.

About the Pets:

This family has an older dog who is still playful - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Additional Notes:

This returning ABC family has a great relationship with their past nanny, who worked for them for 3.5 years. They are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including child laundry, meal prep, light tidying, staying on schedule, and child transportation.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants and school-age children.
Previous experience caring for multiple children at one time
The ideal candiate will be loving but firm, can hold boundaries, and can balance both children's needs.
Someone who is reliable and timely is very important.
Ideally, this candidate will be available to extend past the 1-year contract.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $74,100 - $86,450 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
