Position Highlights

A quick look at this new ABC job…

Located at: Castle Pines Pkwy and Monarch Blvd

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is hoping for 3 to 4 nights a week, Monday- Friday, 9pm to 7am.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months.

Start Date: July 22nd, 2026

Family and Household Dynamics

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn baby, with an expected due date of July 22nd.

About the Children:

This will be the third baby for this family; the others are 5 and 3 years old. No care is needed for these two!
Care will be for the family's newborn only.

About the Family:

Mom has worked part-time, but will now become a SAHM. She has had a relatively healthy pregnancy and plans to breastfeed.
The nursery will be upstairs, right next to the parents' room. There will be a bed in the nursery for the NCS to use.

About the Pets:

This family has one 40 lb Goldendoodle - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

No travel is required for this contract.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of overnight experience with newborns is required.
Infant CPR and First Aide is a must-have.
The ideal candidate has great experience and references as an NCS, is happy to provide lactation support, and is friendly.

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
