Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7:50 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. with some flexibility for an occasional weekend or date night. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: ASAP

About the Children:

This toddler loves to walk to the park, play house, and learn. She is on a great schedule and is overall mild-mannered and snuggly.
Nanny should be mindful that she has an egg allergy

About the Family:

Both parents are fortunate to work from home, with private office spaces. They may be in and out during the day, but will be respectful of boundaries.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including child laundry, meal prep, and light tidying. Once trust is established, the family will be open to outings around the town, but would like the nanny to stay within the neighborhood to start.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers
No screen time
Prior knowledge of child development would be preferred, or someone willing to continue to learn more.
The ideal candiate is collaborative, upbeat, and excited to be present.
Someone who is tidy and cleans as the day goes on would fit in great with this family.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $27-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $56,200 - $66,560 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
