Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The family is happy to guarantee 34 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 5+ months.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 2 months old.

About the Children:

This sweet baby girl is happy, healthy, and consistently gaining weight.
She’s both bottle and breastfed, and is thriving on a consistent eating and napping schedule.

About the Family:

Dad is active military and works full-time outside of the home.
Mom WFH but also travels occasionally.

About the Pets:

There are two dogs in the home - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including total and complete childcare, washing and prepping bottles, baby laundry, and general tidying.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants
These outgoing and laid-back first-time parents are looking for a nanny to help support them when mom heads back to work.
With all their family on the East Coast, they are hoping to find someone who is reliable and has a great energy to match Mom's personality.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $25-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to compensation of $17,000 - $23,800 (gross) over the 5 month contract.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
