Family and Household Dynamics

A peek behind the front door...

Children's Ages: Care will be for three children ages 9, 8 and 6 years old.
About the Children:

All three children are in school full-time, so care will primarily be before and after school. The schedule will include three split-shift days and two regular days from 12:00–6:00/7:00 p.m. The oldest, in 4th grade, is a big sports fan—especially baseball—and loves reading sports magazines. He’s doing great in school, has a wonderful group of friends, and is a sweet, easygoing kid. Their 3rd-grade daughter is also thriving academically, has a fantastic teacher, and enjoys singing, K-pop, and Demon Hunter. The youngest, in 1st grade, is six years old, loves baseball, making friends, reading books, and snuggling, and he’s doing wonderfully in school as well.

About the Family:
  • Dad works full-time and is a pediatric surgeon. Mom has been a stay-at-home mom for the past six years, but she was recently diagnosed with cancer and is currently recovering from an illness in the ICU. She will begin chemotherapy once she is fully recovered and well enough, so during this time, the family will need a lot of extra help, support, and consistency for their children and household.
About the Pets:
  •  Two sweet labs live in the home.
