Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Start Date: October 15th

Children's Ages: Care will be for three children ages 6, 4, and 4-months.

About the Children:

The youngest child is a happy, easygoing little guy who is exclusively breastfed (but also takes a bottle).
He’s about 16 lbs, enjoys tummy time and his playmat, and loves getting outside for fresh air each day.
The middle child is curious, bright, and full of imagination; she thrives on art projects and pretend play.
She has food intolerances to avocado and soy, so awareness around meals and snacks is important.
Their oldest is a first grader at a gifted school who absolutely loves dance, art, reading, and creative projects.
She’s thoughtful, intelligent, and values her alone time.

About the Family:

Dual WFH parents with private office spaces.
This family is strictly gluten-free as Mom is celiac.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family has a great relationship with their previous nanny. They are looking forward to welcoming in a new nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including meal prep, sanitizing bottles and toys, child laundry, and light tidying with a willingness to help with light household tasks.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position but the family would like someone who is open to it with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants and school-age children.
Previous experience caring for multiple children at one time
A second language would be a huge bonus!
Annual flu vaccinations and COVID-19 boosters are required.
The ideal candidate would be gluten-free (or must be willing to bring gluten-free food items to work) and not use heavy fragrances.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $58,240 - $68,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also offering a health insurance reimbursement of $150/month.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19.
