Position Highlights

Located at: Basalt

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Parents looking for 10 hours of support 6 nights a week for the first month and 5 nights the second month.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-in option is available for all non-local candidates. Family is happy to provide a private loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom separate from the home, but on the property.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 2+ months - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: April - exact day will be set when Moms C-Section is set.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn.

About the Children:

Mom will deliver via C-section in early April. Parents are so excited and eagerly awaiting their new addition!

About the Family:

Mom will be on a 3-4 month maternity leave.
Dad works full-time from home but travels often.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of overnight experience with newborns is a must-have.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of verifiable NCS or night nanny experience with impeccable references.
Family would love to meet candidates local to Colorado, specifically the Aspen and Basalt area.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $45-$50+/hour (DOE).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

The candidate will be provided with a loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in a separate building on the property to live in for the duration of the contract.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
