Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 4/5 p.m. plus 1 monthly date night. The family is happy to guarantee 24 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3+ months - ideally longer, if it’s a great match.

These twins are happy and healthy! They were born past term, take bottles/ breastfeed, and are on a good napping and eating schedule.

Dad is WFH.
Mom is a stay-at-home parent and looking forward to a strong partnership with her new nanny.
Warm and thoughtful first-time parents who are deeply committed to creating a safe, loving, and structured environment for their twins. They value open communication, punctuality, and honesty, and want a nanny who can partner with them as they learn and grow in their new role as parents.

About the Pets:

This family has one small dog - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Additional Notes:

This family has a doula, whom they love and still helps out with overnights and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, dishes, breastfeeding support, washing the breast pump, bottle prep and sanitation, light tidying, working on milestones, logging the day in the Huckleberry app, and helping mom with outings.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants
Twins, nanny share experince, or experince with infants close in age.
Someone tech-savvy, or with prior experience with the Huckelberry app will be a huge plus.
Mom and Dad are detail-oriented and intentional about routines, emphasizing gentle care methods, no “cry it out,” and close attention to each baby’s individual needs. At the same time, they are flexible and supportive, hoping for someone who can help them balance the demands of twin care while bringing reliability, patience, and kindness into their home.
The ideal nanny will be a nurturing, dependable professional who thrives in a structured environment, is confident with infant twins, and is eager to support first-time parents with compassion and consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $33-$40/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a 3-month compensation of $9,500 - $11,530 (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering select paid holidays and paid sick days.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references with twins or in a share.
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
