Located at: 29th and Tennyson

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/ week are guaranteed. Hours will vary from week to week but schedule will be provided 3 months in advance. Working hours will be as early as 6AM and ad late as 12am. Flexibility is essential. Weekly schedule may include: days, evenings, overnights, and 1-2 weekends a month.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - ideally multiple years, if its a great match.

Start Date: Mid August

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 5 months old.

About the Children:

This infant is on track with all milestones. She has started solids, is rolling over, and overall a happy baby.
She has an older brother who will not need care. He is in school full-time and lives part-time with his Dad.

About the Family:

This is a single-parent home. Mom is casual, kind and looking forward to a strong partnership with her new nanny.
She works full-time as an ER Doctor and works a very unusual work schedule.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including child laundry, child meal prep, sanitizing toys, general tidying, and light housekeeping.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants
Ultimate flexibility is a must
110% reliabile and dependable
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, knowledgeable of infant milestones, and is a self-starter.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $33-$40/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $68,640 - $83,200 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu
