Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: November 24th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 5-months-old.

About the Children:

This happy and healthy baby girl is already rolling over and starting to eat solids!
She is on a good nap/ eating schedule and is already silly.

About the Family:

Mom WFH with a private office space.
Dad works outside of the home but may start to WFH occasionally.

About the Pets:

This family has two indoor cats - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, bottle prep/ sanitization, general tidying, and local outings with the baby.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants
A history of longevity with families is a huge bonus. This is ideally a multi-year position.
A good knowledge of educational activities and milestones is preferred.
The ideal candidate is energetic, interactive, outgoing, and enjoys going on local outings.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $30-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,400 - $66,500 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, 8 paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement of $200/month based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations.
