Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 50 hours per week with tens hours of overtime.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

These parents are dual-working surgeons with demanding work schedules.

This family has one well behaved Boxer dog - all candidates must be pet friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, meal and bottle prep, baby laundry, and general tidying.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would like someone who is open to it with plenty of notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Italian as a second language would be a huge plus!
This family is hoping for a candidate who will stick around for years to come.
This family is warm, friendly, and easy to be around, and they’d love a candidate who shares their positive energy and values clear, direct communication.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $80,080 - $100,100 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19
