Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one date night per month. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: January 2026

These first-time parents are looking forward to welcoming in a nanny to their home - someone who will be a part of their parenting team - very soon

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including baby laundry, walking the dogs, prepping and sanitizing bottles, light tidying, and sanitizing toys.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants.
Candidates who can speak Spanish will be given extra consideration.
The family is hoping to hire someone with great knowledge of developmental milestones and activities.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of infant development, milestones, feeding, sleep schedules, and establishing routines.
Must be comfortable communicating daily updates and collaborating closely with first-time parents.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $25-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $52,000 - $62,400 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

As their little one gets older, they are open to the nanny taking him, on age-appropriate outings.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
