Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 7:15/7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 48 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 3.5 and 1.5 years old.
About the Children:

The oldest child is in school part-time, two days a week. He is naturally quiet and happy, he warms up quickly and can become quite the chatterbox, especially when diving into books, puzzles, building activities, arts, and crafts. He does best with a kind, encouraging approach rather than anything too tough or critical. His little sisters is a bundle of energy and curiosity, always on the move, climbing and exploring. A free spirit at heart.

About the Pets:
  • There are no pets in the home.

  • This family has had a great relationship with a past nanny; they are seeking their next long-term fit.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
  • All standard nanny duties, including cooking for the children, meal prepping for the parents, children’s laundry, general tidying, unloading and loading the dishwasher, vacuuming, and wiping down areas in which the children are.
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel is required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • 2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers.
  • An ECE degree is strongly preferred.
  • Reliability is essential as mom and dad work in healthcare.
  • The ideal candidate will be 110% dependable and proactive, especially during nap times, when they can assist with all nanny-related duties. The ideal candidate will be engaging, positive, and fully present with the children, no phones, just genuine interactions.
  • Mom and Dad value play-based learning and want someone who truly understands the different stages of child development. The candidate should be able to plan age-appropriate activities, fun outings, and creative play experiences that encourage learning and growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering $1,392 to $1632 a week (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $66,816 - $84,864 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • This family is offering all standard benefits, including 1 week of paid time off for the nanny's choosing, 1+ week of PTO to coordinate with the families, paid holidays, 6 paid sick days, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
Any Additional Perks:
  • This family might be open to a health insurance stipend depending on the weekly rate.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard childhood vaccinations, including tdap, with the flu shot and COVID-19 booster strongly preferred.
