Located at: W. Fillmore and I-25

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family would love overnight care 4-5 nights per week for the first month, and then would like to taper down to 2-3 nights per week in months two and three. They are open on exact times, but would like 10 hours per shift.

Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a contract position for 3-months.

Start Date: Mid to late-August, 2026

Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant whose expected delivery date is August 20, 2026.

About the Children:

Care will be for the family's first baby, due in August. Gender is unknown at this time.

About the Family:

Mom and dad are so excited to welcome their first baby home in late summer.
Family lives in a 2-bedroom condo and the baby will sleep in a separate nursery. Family will provide a bed in the room for their night nanny/NCS.

About the Pets:

Family has one cat in the home. A cat-lover (or at least liker) would be wonderful!

Additional Notes:

Mom and dad are not from Colorado originally and do not have family who lives locally, so guidance from a patient, experienced newborn expert is very important to them.
They are seeking a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist who can teach them and support them emotionally through their first three months as a family of three.

All standard night nanny/NCS duties are required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of experience with infants and working with parents
3+ years of experience as a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist that can be verified with references
Infant CPR and First Aide is a must-have
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong experience and references for overnight care, be confident and collaborative, supportive and understanding.
Previous experience with breast-feeding and/or bottle-feeding support would be a major plus!

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering an hourly rate of $40-$50/hour (BOE).

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
