Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus occasional evenings and every 5th weekend when mom is on call. Family is happy to guarantee 45 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.

Children's Ages: Care will be for one sweet and active 2.5 year old.

About the Children:

Care will be for a sweet and adventurous toddler. He has never met a stranger — he is very social, outgoing, and loves engaging with others.
He truly enjoys getting outside and participating in activities beyond the house. He is a big climber and very active, so keeping a close and attentive eye on him is important.
The family would also love to focus on potty training over the summer.

About the Family:

Dual hard-working parents. Dad works from home, and Mom works at the hospital.
The family is relocating from Florida for mom's job.

About the Pets:

One sweet mini-doodle lives in the home.

Additional Notes:

This family has had a wonderful relationship with their current nanny, who is truly part of the family! She will help the family relocate to Colorado and settle in.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, with some family assistant duties during downtime. This would include cooking meals for their son, unloading and loading the dishwasher, laundry , organizational projects, light housekeeping, and errands.

Travel Requirements:

The ability to travel is desired but not required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of nanny experience with young children/toddlers.
Previous experience with household management duties within a nanny or family assistant role is important.
Spanish-speaking individuals would be highly desired as their son is bilingual.
Must love what you do and be a career nanny to be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate will be mature, trustworthy, and deeply reliable, with no other commitments that may arise during work hours. They will be loving, grounded, and well-established, bringing creativity and flexibility to each day while always being punctual and consistent. Because of mom’s work schedule, dependability is essential, and the family needs a nanny they can count on with complete confidence.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $1,260 to $1,620 a week. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $65,000 - $84,240 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days, and a car for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on their compensation rate.

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, and tdap.
